Throughout the process of my order, I was in contact with Burak. He displayed exceptional customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the effort, kindness, and generosity he has shown me. Burak was professional, efficient, honest, and worked with integrity throughout. Due to my address being too rural for delivery, he was incredible in helping me in any and all ways that he could by providing multiple options for me to consider. I cannot recommend him enough, Burak was phenomenal.
Regarding the sofa itself, it is absolutely stunning. The colour is vibrant and the patterns and colour are exactly as shown. The materials are high quality, and the calibre of the stitching and needlework is top tier. It is also comfortably firm and supportive to sit on. You can’t feel the floor through the sofa when you sit down, which is something I was concerned about. Overall, a gorgeous product.
*please note that we got an extra armrest and the black mattress was ours - it did not come with the sofa.
