Arabic Sofas, Arabian Majlis sets and other oversized products may require special delivery arrangements because of their size.

Melbourne free delivery for eligible Arabic Sofa and Majlis orders is completed on scheduled delivery runs as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable Australian consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
